Here at Wilson Investment Group, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2023, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Charitable Foundation upon: support, empowerment and progress.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Wilson Investment Group emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

Doug Hendricks
Doug brings to the table a decade of experience working in the addiction recovery field, holding various positions including clinical, program development and administrative roles. As a person in long term recovery himself, his passion continues to fuel new and creative ideas.

Lenny Wilson
Before becoming one of the founding members of WIG, Lenny had a long history of service working with individuals to improve their lives. Starting his career as an HIV case manager, later teaching in Special Education, and finishing up his career as a dual diagnosis counselor.

Michelle Steinberg-Walsh
Michelle is well versed in 12 step recovery, child and parent rights for special needs children, and practices Speech-Language Pathology in both the public-school setting and private sector.

Kevin Henry
​Through both lived experience and professional training, Kevin has been in the field of addictions for over ten years. As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of New Jersey, Kevin is part of a multidisciplinary team practicing in the harm reduction realm treating opioid use disorders. Kevin is not only a skilled grant writer and advocate standing out as one of the best in the field. He is also one of 35 credential holders in New Jersey holding the distinction as a Human Services - Board Certified Practitioner verified from the standards of the National Organization of Human Services.
